2.按產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)類(lèi)別設(shè)置營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部門(mén)
經(jīng)營(yíng)多種產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的酒店常常按產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別配置銷(xiāo)售力量。其最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是由于各自負(fù)責(zé)某類(lèi)產(chǎn)品,銷(xiāo)售人員會(huì)具備豐富的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。這樣便能增強(qiáng)其在此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,并獲得較高水平的銷(xiāo)售額。銷(xiāo)售人員直接負(fù)責(zé)某種產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售,還有助于開(kāi)發(fā)此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品,使酒店具備產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)商的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)。按產(chǎn)品設(shè)置營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部門(mén)的缺點(diǎn)是費(fèi)用開(kāi)支較高,因?yàn)樵谕坏乩韰^(qū)域內(nèi)可能支付兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上銷(xiāo)售人員的推銷(xiāo)費(fèi)用,如果溝通不當(dāng),容易造成幾個(gè)爭(zhēng)奪同一個(gè)客戶(hù),使客戶(hù)感到不方便。
3.按細(xì)分市場(chǎng)設(shè)置酒店?duì)I銷(xiāo)部門(mén)
這種形式是以市場(chǎng)細(xì)分為基礎(chǔ)的,不同的銷(xiāo)售人員專(zhuān)門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)不同的顧客群體,這樣有利于酒店銷(xiāo)售人員與客戶(hù)建立長(zhǎng)久的業(yè)務(wù)往來(lái)關(guān)系,且便于掌握該市場(chǎng)的需求和變化趨勢(shì),這種形式適宜于都市中心的中型酒店使用。
