酒店要建立良好的和諧合作關(guān)系,那要如何密切與旅行社的關(guān)系?
酒店與旅行社之間要建立良好和諧的合作關(guān)系,做到精誠(chéng)合作、利益共享、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān),這需要付出很多努力來(lái)培育。作為酒店應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面著手:
1.做好接待工作
酒店提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)是保證與旅行社關(guān)系的最實(shí)質(zhì)性內(nèi)容。如果沒有意識(shí)到這點(diǎn),在具體工作中勢(shì)必是舍本逐末。
2.加強(qiáng)溝通
